Upon approval, our skilled staff will meticulously and methodically strip your home or commercial property down to the bare skeleton, salvaging anything of worth.

We will arrange for onsite buyers, or delivery to a nearby building materials salvage yard for recycling.

Our goal is 100% reuse. Though that is an unrealistic number for the average Bay Area structure, we will minimize waste and new consumption while maximizing benefits to the world ecology on many different levels.

We can perform a basic onsite recycling project where we strip the core value items such as fixtures, floors, moldings, bricks & tiles, landscaping and other items for resale.

We can also execute "maximum yield" recycling projects where every reusable material is claimed. We follow a strict due diligence process regarding your building zoning and regulations regarding waste volume and landfill quotas.

Our fully licensed, bonded and insured construction professionals can demolish and remove all remaining material, including asbestos or other common hazards.

Sales proceeds and revenues from the reclaimed building materials and fixtures are used to offset the cost of the deconstruction project.

Additional tax benefits or other incentives for your "green" practices may be available if you consult your tax professional and/or local building planning department.
